APT is a US based company that develops surfactants and blending systems for emulsified fuels. BFSNZ is its Australasian agent.

Simon is a Director of Blended Fuel Solutions NZ Ltd.
He is also MD of arnold.co.nz that commercialises physics and engineering based technologies and invests in early stage ventures, and half-time CEO of the National Energy Research Institute. In both roles he works with a number of NZ's leading research institutes. He has also been active in a number of NZ's leading industry associations and had senior roles in manufacturing, public policy and administration.

Leigh is Managing Director and founder of Blended Fuel Solutions NZ Ltd. He is New Zealand's foremost expert on Emulsified Fuel and producing "fit for purpose" liquid fuels from local feed stocks.
Previously he has worked in in retailing high-end Hi-Fi equipment and commercial and residential property management and maintenance.
Gael is a Director of Blended Fuel Solutions NZ Ltd
She is also an Associate at Localise a management consultancy working with the local government sector in Australasia. She has senior experience in local government most recently having been General Manager Strategy at Kapiti District. She has significant experience in local planning, infrastructure and in waste management. She has a Doctorate in Planning and post graduate qualifications in History.

Carmen is Blended Fuel Solutions NZ Ltd's Chemical Process Engineer.
Her experience includes 5 years in engineering related roles with a NZ national petroleum retailer and a decade in various national and regional roles in science-based economic and business development. She has a Bachelor of Technology (Chemistry) with honours from Massey University. She recently qualified in Oenology and has an ongoing interest in food and wine production and processing.
We work with a number of research providers including the University of Auckland on combustion and pyrolysis; WTL and Nufuels work with Massey University on pyrolysis; and Callaghan Innovation Research on materials. We use CRL Energy and Fuel Technology Limited for analytic services.
